Patrícia is specialized in Corporate and M&A with extensive experience in several industries, as well as in Private Equity & Venture Capital deals. She has considerable experience in the coordination of multijurisdictional deals and in the incorporation of subsidiaries in Brazil for US and European clients, including in the implementation of complex corporate reorganizations.

Patrícia is also the founder and head of the German desk of the firm.She is fluent in German, studied in Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich, LLM, 2012 and worked as a foreign associate at GLNS Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater, Munich and in the internal German legal department of Freudenberg group. Patrícia was one of the partners of the team which won the Deal of the Year of the 2023 Latin Lawyer Award in the category Private Equity.
