Pascal has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has strong relationships with Canadian institutional investors and businesses. Some of his key clients include Bell, Investissement Québec, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Paper Company and CPP Investments.
He advises clients on private placements, fund formation, joint ventures, public offerings, going-private transactions, plans of arrangement, take-over bids, private M&A transactions and ESG. He frequently acts for issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, as well as underwriters, emerging companies and investors.
Pascal chairs the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association’s (CVCA) Model Documents Working Group and is a member of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)’s corporate finance advisory committee. He is the former Chair of the Canadian Club of Montréal.
