Parmjit Gill

Parmjit is a Partner and Head of Commercial Property at Harper James. She qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and brings more than 20 years of experience from both private practice and industry. An expert in landlord and tenant law, she has advised on a broad range of commercial property matters, from portfolio management to investment and development projects.

Her in-house experience as General Counsel and Head of Legal for two property development companies give her a rare perspective. Working closely with CEOs and senior leadership, she gained first-hand insight into the commercial pressures and opportunities at each stage of a business and real estate lifecycle. This background allows her to provide legal advice that is technically sound and commercially aligned.

She has worked with institutional landlords such as Hammerson, Land Securities and Lendlease, and advised on lettings at Bullring, Touchwood and Cabot Circus, as well as strategic property matters for Birmingham International Airport and HS2.

Pam is an active member of Women in Property, supporting diversity across the sector.
