Pál Rahóty is a partner in our Corporate and M&A group, who is also heading LKTs financial regulatory practice.
He draws on over 20 years of international and local transactional and advisory experience. He focuses his business on cross-border M&A transactions and on the financial sector. His clients, including financial and capital market institutions, funds and insurance companies, are benefiting from his substantial financial regulatory expertise covering both Hungarian and EU law. He regularly advises on equity capital markets matters, complex corporate law issues, including restructurings and disputes, and on joint venture and other commercial contracts.
