John Fenemore is a Partner in the Banking & Finance Group at Lakatos, Köves and Partners. John is English and Hungarian qualified with two decades of experience of cross-border transactions across the region. John’s expertise includes trade finance, real estate finance, margin lending, restructuring, asset finance, sovereign and quasi-sovereign lending transactions. John also regularly advises clients on financial regulatory issues in Hungary. Before rejoining LKT in 2016, John spent 14 years in the banking group of Clifford Chance in London and Bucharest.
John is a member of the Hungarian Bar Association, the Law Societes of England and Ireland, IBA and INSOL (the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals). LKT is member of the Loan Market Association.
