Dr. Attila Ungár, Founding Partner has worked with this firm and its predecessor for over 25 years. Between 2000-2001 he was working with the London Office of Clifford Chance.
Under Attila's strong leadership since 2007, our Real Estate legal team has been expanding and constantly growing. It became a market leader in recent years, being one of the largest and most experienced legal real estate practices in Hungary. Attila led his team to CIJ Real Estate Awards "Law Firm of the Year" in 2016 and Europaproperty "Law Firm of the Year" Award in 2017 and 2018. Attila and the LKT Real Estate team participate as the sole sponsor law firm on the Budapest stand at the Munich Expo Real (the largest real estate event in Europe each year) for several years now.
Attila is a member of the Hungarian Bar Association and the IBA.
Attila Ungár has been requested to participate and publish in professional forums, such as CEELM (CEE Legal Matters), BBJ Real Estate publications (Real Estate Review in 2020 and 2021), The Legal 500 Real Estate Comparative Guide for 2018-2019-2020, the Real Estate 2021 Guide “Legal Review on Real Estate” by Chambers Europe.
