Noah Beck is a partner in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in New York. Noah’s practice focuses on transactional matters, working primarily with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as other clients, on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, restructurings and workouts, capital markets transactions, and private equity fund formation and operational issues.
