Recent matters involve investigations into social media, food delivery, alleged abuse of dominance in commercial aviation; alleged misleading online price representations in intercity transportation and temporary accommodations; e-Book publishing; airline joint ventures; and class actions regarding salmon, hard drive suspension systems, sub-sovereign bonds, and generic drugs.

From 2009 to 2012, counsel to Canada’s Commissioner of Competition, providing clients with unique insight and deep understanding of how the Competition Bureau operates. Led numerous cases before Competition Tribunal, including for Kobo in e-Books, obtaining the first-ever order enjoining the Commissioner from implementing a consent agreement and first-ever contested order rescinding a Consent Agreement.
