Jordan Bierkos

Jordan Bierkos is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group in Calgary. He is recognized for his strategic counsel and advocacy in high-stakes commercial disputes, particularly matters involving governance, shareholder, construction and infrastructure, and other business-critical issues.

Jordan advises public and private companies, boards of directors, investors, executives, and high-net-worth individuals on disputes involving significant financial exposure, reputational considerations, and complex stakeholder interests. He regularly acts in litigation and arbitration proceedings across Canada and is trusted to guide clients through some of their most sensitive and consequential disputes.

His experience includes contractual disputes, corporate governance and director and officer liability matters, shareholder and securities-related disputes, construction and infrastructure claims, employment-related litigation, commercial leasing disputes, and contentious trust and estate matters.
