Focused on competition law and commercial litigation, Niki is routinely retained by Canadian and multinational clients involved in antitrust investigations or litigation. He focuses on high-stakes, contentious competition issues, including mergers, criminal cartels, abuses of dominance, false and misleading advertising claims, and competition class actions.
From 2009 to 2012, counsel to Canada’s Commissioner of Competition, providing clients with unique insight and a deep understanding of how the Competition Bureau operates. Has led numerous cases before the Competition Tribunal.
