John’s practice focuses on advising and representing employers in complex commercial transactions, labour board and arbitration proceedings, human rights tribunal proceedings, and civil litigation. John regularly represents federally and provincially regulated clients on matters relating to executive compensation, incentive compensation, drug and alcohol testing, employee disability, workplace investigations, employment standards complaints, and workers’ compensation claims. John frequently appears on behalf of employers in civil litigation proceedings on claims related to confidentiality, fiduciary duties, restrictive covenant breaches, wrongful dismissal, benefit entitlement, and workplace harassment.
