Nicola specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a specific focus on private acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, public takeovers and equity capital markets transactions. He is often involved in private equity transactions, including LBOs and MBOs. Nicola is a member of the firm’s private capital, infrastructure/transport, life sciences and retail/consumer goods sector groups.
