Nick Kacprowski

Commercial litigator who has represented clients in a wide range of complex cases, with amounts at stake of more than US$2 billion. His substantive experience spans a wide range of industries and areas of the law. Nick has substantial experience with trials of large commercial cases. He has served as first- or second-chair trial counsel in eight trials with approximately US $2 billion collectively at risk. In 2019 alone, Nick was first chair trial counsel in two cases in federal court, one bench trial and one jury trial. These trials produced extremely favorable outcomes for Nick’s clients.

In 2021 he was first chair counsel in a three month bench trial over a complex tax dispute. A decision on that trial is still pending.
