Mr. Hughes has a broad ranging commercial litigation practice with particular focus on administrative law, environmental litigation, mining and other resource litigation, including defending and prosecuting civil claims, regulatory litigation and the defence of clients in quasi-criminal prosecutions. He regularly represents client before the Environmental Appeal Board (EAB) and on judicial review applications of regulatory decisions and appeals therefrom.
