His clients are primarily in the transportation, mining, industrial and real estate sectors. His practice spans from comprehensive compliance related advisory services, through to all manner of dispute resolution services, including regulatory litigation, regulatory appeals, judicial review of regulatory decisions, defending criminal prosecutions of environmental offences, civil claims arising from environmental disputes and appeals arising therefrom.
