Nicholas Goldin

Global Co-Head of the Firm’s Government and Internal Investigations Practice and Head of the Firm's Crisis Management and Strategic Response Practice. Represents companies, boards, and individuals in white collar criminal and regulatory matters, internal investigations, related civil litigation, and other sensitive situations that present significant legal and reputational risk. Provides strategic counseling to clients on a range of compliance matters (including FCPA/corruption, insider trading, and whistleblowers), corporate governance issues, and data breach and other cybersecurity incidents.
