Nicholas, a Partner and Head of Real Estate Investment, is based in our London office.

His practice focuses on international real estate investment, real estate finance and transaction structuring.

Nicholas has a broad range of experience in technically demanding transactions and an aptitude for commercial negotiations. He regularly takes the lead on difficult transactions and delivers a service that increases our clients' value.

He advises a variety of investors, including sovereign funds, UK and overseas pension funds, high-net-worth individuals and property companies. Nicholas has specific experience in indirect real estate, structuring and transacting complex portfolios.

Nicholas leads our real estate related IT initiatives and was part of a very small group that created the PISCES/OSCRE data schema that allows our systems to share property management and letting information electronically with clients' agents and their other service providers.
