Natasha Rana

Natasha Rana is a member of Gowling WLG's Infrastructure and Construction Industry Group, where she advises on major infrastructure projects, with a focus on public-private partnership (P3) projects.

Natasha has a breadth of experience with major P3 transactions in Canada and the US, having acted for developers, procuring authorities, financial institutions, and principal contractors from the early stages of procurement through closing and beyond.

She has represented key participants in some of the most significant P3 projects in Canada to date and has advised on P3 projects spanning a variety of asset classes, including transit, highway, healthcare and education.

In addition to her extensive experience in bidding and closing P3 transactions, Natasha is dedicated to supporting her clients at every stage of their P3 endeavours. She has advised on secondary market acquisitions and dispositions of equity interests in existing projects and has also assisted stakeholders in navigating an array of construction and operational stage matters.

She has also been recognized in The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory and the Legal 500 Canada 2022 and 2023 as a “Rising Star” for Projects: PPP & Infrastructure.
