Natalie Rizkalla-Kamel is a Toronto-based Gowling WLG partner practising intellectual property litigation, trademark prosecution, strategic global trademark portfolio management and transactional intellectual property work.

She has a broad range of experience in all aspects of IP litigation at all levels of court. She has acted for clients from a variety of industries including retail, cosmetics, manufacturing, cannabis, financial services and pharmaceuticals.

A registered trademark agent, she advises clients with both small and large portfolios on the acquisition, protection, and enforcement of their trademark rights in Canada and globally.

Natalie has also developed a niche practice in the cannabis sector assisting Canadian cannabis clients in developing brand strategies, advising on manufacturing and licensing transactions and representing them in trademark disputes.

She has also been recognized in The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory, The Best Lawyers™ in Canada, the Legal 500 Canada, World Trademark Review 1000 and World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) Leaders. In 2017, Natalie was named one of Lexpert®’s “Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40”.
