Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at a leading law firm in Colombia and New York.

Work Highlights

Recent work includes:

- Concesionaria Rutas del Valle, Patria Investments, and Mercantil Colpatria on financing the Malla Vial del Cauca project, including construction, renovation, maintenance, and operation of a 306-kilometer road connecting the departments of Cauca and Valle del Cauca. Value: USD 334.2 million.

- Banco Santander, JP Morgan Chase Bank, and other lenders on refinancing the construction, renovation, improvement, operation, and maintenance works of the 4G concession Concesión Pamplona-Cúcuta project. Value: USD 642 million.

- Natixis (New York Branch) on financing VGMobility Fontibón, VGMobility Perdomo, and VGMobility Suba for three concession projects to supply electric buses for the Integrated Public Transport Network of Bogotá. Value: USD 95.5 million.

- Macquarie Bank on advising Pipeline Investment for the development, construction, and startup of a hydrocarbon pipeline connecting Puerto Bahía and the Cartagena Refinery (Reficar) in Colombia.
