Tomás Kubick advises clients on the purchase and sale of assets, joint ventures and all forms of association, shareholders agreements and complex legal structures. He also advises on matters related to the consumer sector.
He is legal counsel to several boards of directors with regard to their corporate governance and decision-making.

In 2024, he was involved in several M&A transactions. Some examples include advising:
• Cintac: (i)Acquisition of the remaining 25% stake in Promet Servicios; and (ii) Obtaining shareholder approval for a capital increase via the issuance of new shares.
• Ibermática (Grupo Ayesa): Sell the shares of four companies: Act Sistemas (Spain), Tecnet (Argentina), IB Chile, Ibermática Group (Chile) and Ayesa Mexico consultancy (Mexico).
• Strategic Investments (Stracon): Acquisition, through capital contribution and financing, of Auryn Mining Chile.
