With 19 years’ experience, Nandan Pendsey specialises in Intellectual Property Rights. He is also a Registered Patent Agent with a background in Biotechnology. Nandan is highly recommended by clients for sound legal and strategic advice that serves their business and commercial objectives. He advises on a broad spectrum of IPR including litigation/enforcement, transactions, IP and technology licensing, prosecution, IP portfolios and brand protection and border protection measures.
