Career
Prior to joining Dentons, Monica lead the trademark practice at a national firm and served as a law clerk for then-Chief Judge Loren A. Smith of the US Court of Federal Claims.

Monica contributes to publications such as Women’s Wear Daily and American Corporate Counsel Docket. Additionally, she has spoken to bar and industry groups, including the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the New York City Bar and the International Trademark Association. She has served as a guest lecturer at The Fashion Institute of Technology.
