Partner. He has extensive experience in defending taxpayers’ interests before administrative and justice courts on all levels regarding state, regional and local taxes. He is also an expert in tax proceedings and in defending citizens' rights against abusive actions by the tax authorities.
He lectures on law and tax proceedings in the postgraduate program in tax consultancy and management at ESADE, and on tax law at the Universitat Ramón Llull. He has also participated in and collaborated on courses and seminars on tax proceedings at different universities.
He is the author of several informative articles on taxpayers' rights and has contributed to several collective works on tax law.
