Mircea has a broad transactional and advisory background working with large multinationals on a variety of corporate and regulatory work including acquisitions, joint-ventures and other corporate and commercial transactions. His practice includes mergers & acquisitions, competition law, regulatory, real estate, and commercial issues. Mircea advises clients across a wide range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on the technology and energy sector.
His recent experience includes advising on transactions in Romania for PPC, L&C Properties (part of M Core), Alten Group, Hidroelectrica, Iberdrola, Alcedo, and more.
Mircea has experience working on multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions throughout Eastern Europe, and beyond, regularly working with colleagues throughout CMS and elsewhere.
