Milagros is a partner of the Administrative and Regulatory Practice Area, specializing in processes of private initiatives, public-private partnerships and concessions for the development of infrastructure and public services. She is also a consultant in matters of administrative simplification and elimination of bureaucratic barriers.
Has experience in preparing and submitting private initiatives and counsel in general in the process of public tenders. Advises investors and concessionaires during contractual performance in order to procure sectorial permits to implement the projects and to comply with the contractual obligations.
