Our Projects team has worked on the most relevant toll road, sanitation, water treatment, hospital, mining and energy projects and project financings in our jurisdiction in the past years, among others. Our experience in complex development and financing of projects involving certificates of payment for advancement of works (CRPAO, RPICAO and CR-RPI structures) makes us pioneers in deals using these payment methods, which have been recognized across the board in the region as innovative and complex.

Our team includes experts from our financing, energy, mining and public law department´s, all of whom are involved in the advice we render, comprising all stages of the project, from the granting of concession rights to obtaining all applicable permits and authorizations and the drafting and negotiation of all key contracts for project development (EPC, O&M, etc.). This allows us to give our clients a more complete and in depth advise.

We are currently working with bidders in the most important PPP processes that have been called for bids, including transmission lines, sanitation projects, toll roads, trains, subways, etc. In these cases, the advice of our practice include all public law matters during the contest as well as in the structuring of the financing facilities.

Key recurrent clients of our firm in projects include all major local and international banks involved in project financing of projects in Peru, multilateral entities and major project developers.
