Víctor has significant experience giving advice on the structuring of compensation plans for personnel, including the design of stock options, hiring of expatriates and immigration regime, reduction of personnel, labor audits.

Víctor worked as a consultant in public entities, participating in the Consultative Commission on the Reform of Labor Legislation in Peru and the Expert Committee appointed by the Labor Commission of the Congress of the Republic for the preparation of the Draft Bill of the General Labor Law. He has also been a Government technical delegate at the 83rd Conference of the International Labor Organization in Geneva. President of the Peruvian Society of Labor and Social Security Law and President of the Latin American Institute of Labor and Social Security Law.
