Armando is a partner of the Labor and Social Security Practice Area, specializing in Labor Procedural Law.
In the academic field, Armando has been an adjunct professor of the Integration Seminar in Labor Law and assistant professor in postgraduate courses in Labor Procedural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Also, he has participated as a guest professor at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, to discuss issues of Labor Law.
