Liliana Calderón is an accomplished attorney specializing in Compliance and Criminal Law. She has extensive international experience advising national and multinational companies across various sectors, including Mining, Automotive, Hydrocarbons, Metalworking, Telecommunications, and Services, on matters related to White Collar Crime, Corporate Compliance, and Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing. Since 2020, she has been a Consultant and Cohead of Compliance Practice at Benites, Vargas y Ugaz Abogados.
Liliana holds a Master's degree in Criminal Compliance from the University of Castilla La Mancha, a Master's degree in Compliance Officer from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a Master of Laws in Comparative Law from California Western School of Law. She earned her Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
She is a member of the Lima Bar Association. Additionally, she is the President of the Compliance Observatory Committee of the World Compliance Association, Member of the Compliance Committee at AmCham, and a Chapter Leader of the Women's White Collar Defense Association.
