Anahi Serrano brings nearly 20 years of legal experience, her legal practice is mainly focused on Corporate Law, M&A, Compliance and Labor Law. She has a wide experience in all the legal aspects related with Mexican companies, since their incorporation until their day to day operation. Her practice includes the legal advice to national and foreign clients, through the draft, reviewing and negotiation of any kind of agreements, including civil, commercial, labor and confidentiality.
Anahí has been acted as legal advisor in many and important transactions involving fashion and construction companies, by implementing corporate and labor solutions for said companies. currently leads Cannizzo’s Pro Bono Committee, enhancing the firm’s connections with key organizations, including the Centro Mexicano Pro Bono, Estándares Pro Bono, and the Vance Center. She also collaborates with the Asociación Italiana de Asistencia (AIA), significantly expanding the firm’s involvement in the pro bono sector.
