Her experience includes domestic and cross-border transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private financings. She also

advises on the negotiation and structuring of commercial agreements, including those involving strategic alliances. In addition, she provides advice on privacy

and personal data protection matters.

She regularly represents Mexican and foreign companies in their investment and, expansion into Mexico, as well as in financing transactions involving Mexican

borrowers or collateral located in Mexico.

She has experience in the structuring and formation of private equity funds and advises such funds throughout their investment and divestment processes. As

part of her practice, she advises family-owned businesses on corporate governance structures, estate planning, and generational transition strategies.

She also devotes part of her practice to pro bono work, supporting nonprofit organizations in corporate restructurings, implementing corporate governance

standards, and other corporate matters.
