Michelle is a Partner in our Planning and Infrastructure Consenting team, based in Manchester. She advises on planning, compulsory purchase and highways law, specializing in the consenting of major planning, infrastructure and regeneration schemes, particularly those involving site assembly using CPOs, Transport and Works Act Orders, DCOs or hybrid bills.
Michelle has extensive experience in CPO compensation, having advised on some of the most significant reported cases in recent years. She also regularly advises on resolving compensation disputes using ADR.
