Michał Mężykowski is a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law, a Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance Department at CMS Poland.

He advises financial institutions and investors on transaction financing, with a particular focus on the real estate market, project finance and acquisition finance. He also specialises in export financing and has cooperated with financial institutions in regulatory matters such as establishing branches, and outsourcing business functions and payment services. His experience also includes consultancy services for financial institutions in the field of restructuring and bankruptcy law.
