Michael Shebelskie

Mr. Shebelskie's litigation practice focuses on complex commercial and regulatory disputes and appeals, with particular focus on environmental, energy, intellectual property, and business disputes, as well as federal statutory, administrative and constitutional law issues. His diverse practice includes significant experience litigating real estate disputes, fiduciary matters, state and local tax challenges, and defamation cases. With over 35 years' experience, he has successfully tried scores of cases and handled numerous appeals in federal and state courts. His ability to quickly understand complex commercial and scientific concepts enables him to advise expert witnesses, communicate with judges and jurors, design sophisticated litigation tactics, and negotiate effectively with opposing counsel.
