Michael F Albers

Mr. Albers' practice focuses on construction law and commercial and industrial real-estate development. He represents owners, developers, lenders and contractors in construction transactions, documentation and dispute resolution proceedings, as well as project acquisition, financing and development activities. His clients include national real estate developers, hotels, public-private partnerships, industrial and manufacturing companies, and general contractors. Mike was an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University School of Law for ten years and is currently on the faculty of the Design-Build Institute of America. He serves as an arbitrator and mediator on the American Arbitration Association's Roster of Neutrals.
