Megan has a diverse corporate and commercial practice with a strong focus on life sciences, social infrastructure, major power, franchise and health-care sectors. She has significant experience assisting clients with commercial matters involving regulated products and services, notably pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, consumer goods and arrangements with health-care professionals.

Megan routinely negotiates and advises domestic and international clients on a full range of commercial matters, including complex service and distribution agreements, major equipment supply agreements, license agreements, manufacturing agreements and transformational procurement processes. She also regularly advises international clients on their expansion into Canada, supporting them with business structuring, corporate governance and to ensure that their contracts, policies and logistics strategies meet Canadian market and industry requirements.
