Megan’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial arrangements in the life science, social infrastructure and health-care sectors. She has significant experience assisting clients with commercial matters involving regulated products and services, notably pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, consumer goods and arrangements with health-care professionals.

Megan routinely negotiates and advises domestic and international life science clients on a full range of commercial matters, including complex service and distribution agreements, major equipment supply agreements, license agreements, manufacturing agreements and transformational procurement processes. She also regularly advises international clients on their expansion into Canada, supporting them with their business structuring, corporate governance and tailoring their sales documents and policies for the Canadian market.
