Maya represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of IP matters, including patent infringement, trade secret matters, and trademark matters. She has represented clients in matters involving various technologies, including 3D printing, cable television, hearing aid, electronic payments, wireless email, home construction, and other technologies, as well as in ANDA litigation. Maya served for three years as the head of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
