Max Grant is an experienced first chair trial lawyer who represents patentees and defendants in the litigation and trial of patent infringement matters before federal district courts, the ITC, and the Federal Circuit. Throughout his career, he has successfully tried over 25 patent and intellectual property cases to verdict. Mr. Grant's clients, who range from established Fortune 100 to emerging companies and investors, also turn to him for strategic counseling on intellectual property issues. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Grant is a former US Navy SEAL team leader and a US Marine, as well as the co-inventor of two US patents.
