He holds a degree in Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. He represents national and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions and assists on regulatory issues related to mining and environment, m mainly in regulatory and environmental administrative and judicial procedures that involve companies from the mining, power, real estate and agribusiness sectors, including in projects related to the mining research, mines, tailing dams, hydropower plants, thermoelectric and solar/photovoltaic, wind farms, railroads, pipelines, transmission lines, railway terminals and industrial plants.
