With over 30 years of experience in corporate law, Esther is recognized as a reference in Compliance and Investigations in Brazil – where she is a pioneer of the practice – and on the international scene. She has specialized practice and transactional expertise in strategic matters, with a special focus on the Life Sciences and Technology sectors.

She has participated in the largest leniency agreements involving Brazilian companies both in the domestic market and in the United States. She works in preventive compliance, providing strategic advice to large national and multinational companies.
