Graduated from the School of Law of Milton Campos, 1999. Participation in the Academy of WTO Law and Policy (2009), promoted by International Institute of Economic Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Participation in a Capacity Building Program for Lawyers in Geneva (2009). He was an intern at the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), in Brasília (2000) and consultant on Competition Law at the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), in Washington, USA (2012).
Professor of Antitrust Law at IBMEC/Brasília (2014/2015).
