Paula Azevedo

Crisis Management and Mining Law.

Paula has over 20 years of experience in mining law and provides complex legal counsel to some of the largest mining companies operating in Brazil. She advises both domestic and international clients on regulatory, crisis management, and transactional matters. Her practice covers brownfield and greenfield mining projects, dams, hydroelectric plants, railways, pipelines, transmission lines, and industrial units.

She is recognized for her expertise in the regulation of mining tailings dam safety across various uses.
