Career
Represents national and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions and assists on regulatory issues related to mining and the environment, involving the acquisition and sale of mining companies and their mining rights, as well as in administrative, regulatory, environmental, judicial, and arbitration proceedings involving mining, energy, real estate and agribusiness companies, including in projects and ventures related to mineral research, mines, dams, hydroelectric, thermoelectric and solar/photovoltaic plants, wind farms, railways, pipelines, transmission lines, ports, cargo vessels, toll roads, railway terminals, airports and industrial units. His ESG & Impact practice involves socio-environmental effects caused by mining activities.
He holds a degree in Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
