Maurício represents clients in M&A transactions and advises them on regulatory issues related to mining and the environment. He has experience in the acquisition and sale of mining companies and mining rights, as well as in administrative, regulatory, environmental, judicial, and arbitration proceedings. His ESG & Impact practice involves socio-environmental effects caused by mining activities.

His practice spans companies in the mining, energy, real estate, and agribusiness sectors, including projects related to mineral research, mines, dams, hydroelectric, and solar/photovoltaic plants, wind farms, railways, pipelines, transmission lines, railway terminals and industrial units.
