Matthew Yoon

Matthew Yoon co-leads the Firm's Capital Markets regulatory team, covering all aspects of federal and state consumer and commercial financial services regulatory compliance. He regularly counsels Wall Street institutions, national mortgage lenders and servicers, fintech companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, loan fulfillment providers, and diligence companies on all aspects of federal and state credit regulation and licensing, as well as on examination and enforcement actions by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, state regulators and other enforcement agencies.
