Matthew Eldred

Matt advises and represents a variety of private and public clients in the negotiation of a broad range of general corporate, sale and acquisition, and renewable energy agreements, including retailers in supply and outsourcing agreements, private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, and private and public entities in power purchase and host community agreements. Matt also has experience working with professional corporations, similar business entities, and individuals with professional licensing matters and related relationships.
