Jeff strategizes from the very beginning of a case to position his clients for success and excels at making the most powerful arguments to the courts. Jeff has represented clients in state and federal trial courts around the country, and has significant appellate experience.

Drawing on his experience as a former attorney with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Washington D.C., and as a former counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division, Jeff effectively counsels individuals and businesses of all sizes on a wide range of business litigation, antitrust, and constitutional issues.

Jeff currently serves as the Firm’s Hiring Partner and leads the Antitrust practice group.
