Mary Wilson

Focuses on national finance, health care law and tax-exempt organizations. Counsels borrowers (health systems, senior living, cultural institutions, universities), underwriters and commercial banks on finance and debt matters, including tax-exempt bonds, secured and unsecured loans, other finance transactions and the related securities, tax and other laws. Advises and represents hospitals and health systems in corporate transactions, such as restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

In addition to her practice, Mary is the first female Managing Partner of Dentons US. Mary also serves on the Dentons US and Dentons Global Boards. She is a regular speaker on finance and health care issues. She is engaged in diversity and inclusion initiatives both at Dentons and in Chicago as a member of the Girls Inc. of Chicago Board.
