Partner and head of the Public Law and Regulatory Matters Department at ArnStein, with over 20 years of experience in environmental, constitutional, consumer protection, anti-corruption, pharmaceutical, real estate, urban planning, mining, and oil and gas law. Throughout her professional career, Martha has advised renowned national and multinational companies and multilateral organizations on diverse regulatory and public law matters.

She possesses significant experience in public credit operations, contract negotiations, and strategic alliances with public entities, concessions, and bids across various sectors, including infrastructure, mining, and oil and gas. Martha has successfully defended the rights of national and international clients in administrative proceedings and trials before administrative, agrarian, maritime, and aeronautical courts. She has also participated in arbitration and transnational litigation against public entities, obtaining successful outcomes.

Martha has assisted major construction companies in executing significant real estate projects in Venezuela and advised important companies on audits, expropriations, and other affecting measures, as well as in designing risk mitigation strategies. In her professional practice, Martha has performed legal due diligences for clients on environmental, sanitary, and regulatory compliance, and implemented plans for the adequacy, processing, and updating of permits and registrations for their activities in Venezuela, across industries such as agri-food, automotive, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, mass consumption, and technology.
