Mariana has advised major companies on labor matters, including compliance with labour obligations, labor restructuring, hiring, terminations, audits to identify risks and provide practical and economically reasonable solutions, employment contracts, complex terminations, confidentiality agreements, transfers, compensation plans, and restructuring of compensation schemes.
She also possesses extensive experience in immigration, social security, and occupational health and safety issues. Her practice includes an active role in administrative proceedings and labor litigation. In addition, Mariana provides strategic advice on negotiation and individual and collective conflicts, focusing on the reasonable use of company resources and the pursuit of labour peace.
